USER RESPONSIBILITY

In the rare event of extraordinary circumstances unrelated to payment fraud, a refund will only be issued if the customer provides clear, legal, and legitimate proof, acceptable to us in our sole and exclusive discretion, that demonstrates the refund is warranted. Absent such proof, no refund will ever be granted.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks, dishonest payment disputes, or false claims will result in immediate denial of service and the enforcement of our rights to recover all amounts owed, including legal costs and damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
